Mother has been brewing liquor in the traditional way,

Daughter is adding a brush of refineness.

CEO Lee Ye-Ryung insists on the traditional brewing method. Her liquors go through three, or five stage fermentation process.

She brews using the complicated, time consuming technique. And then her daughter Dam-Hee adds a brush of refineness to create Cheonbihyang. 

Mother and daughter persist in the technique that has been passed down for thousands of years, to brew traditional liquors that are put on the table for many to enjoy and to be remembered.
